Bronx, N.Y. – Fordham University and Iona College will resume its men's basketball series beginning next year with a game in the Rose Hill Gym it was announced today.
"We're excited to be renewing our series with Iona," said Fordham Director of Athletics Dave Roach. "We think it will be great to reintroduce a local rival and it will excite our fans and student-athletes."
Fordham will host Iona on November 16, the first of four home-and-home games between the Rams and the Gaels.
Fordham and Iona have met 63 times in the all-time series which the Rams lead 32-31. The last meeting came on December 3, 2006, a 70-54 Fordham win in the Rose Hill Gym.
