Bronx, N.Y. – The Fordham University Rams continue the 2018-2019 season, Fordham's 116th varsity season, and their 2019 Atlantic 10 schedule by hosting the George Washington University Colonials for Senior Night in the historic Rose Hill Gym on Wednesday, March 6, at 7:00 p.m.
The game will be streamed live on ESPN+ with Andrew Bogusch (p-b-p) and Tim McMaster (color) announcing and broadcast on WFUV (90.7 FM) and
www.wfuvsports.org with Tom Terzulli (p-b-p) and Vinny DeBellis (color) announcing.
Prior to the game, the Rams will honor senior
Chris Downing who will be making his final appearance in the Rose Hill Gym.
Fordham enters the game with an 11-18 overall record, 2-14 in the Atlantic 10, and is coming off a 77-52 A-10 loss at Davidson on Saturday afternoon while George Washington is 8-21 overall on the season, 4-12 in the conference, after a 64-58 A-10 loss at St. Bonaventure on Saturday afternoon.
Wednesday night's contest will be the 35th meeting between Fordham and George Washington on the hardwood with the Colonials leading the all-time series, which started in the 1914-15 season, 28-6. George Washington has taken the past nine matchups, including a 79-61 win on January 30 in Washington, D.C., where DJ Williams netted 30 points for the Colonials while
Jesse Bunting finished with 19 for the Rams.

• Freshman
Nick Honor is ninth in the Atlantic 10, and 14th among all NCAA Div. I freshmen, averaging 15.8 ppg.
• Honor has scored in double figures in 26 of the 29 games this year.
• Junior forwards
Chuba Ohams is averaging 8.8 ppg and 8.1 rpg over the last eleven games while junior forward
Jesse Bunting is averaging 9.1 ppg and 6.2 rpg over the past nine while shooting .574 (35-61) from the field.
• The Rams lead the Atlantic 10, and are 44th in the NCAA, in turnover margin at +2.6.
• The Rams are second in the Atlantic 10 in three-pointers made/game (8.7).
• Fordham is one of the youngest teams in the NCAA Div. I this year with eight freshmen and two sophomores on the 17-man roster.
