St. Bonaventure, N.Y. – The Fordham University men's basketball Rams continue their 2017-2018 Atlantic 10 season, the 115th season of varsity basketball at Rose Hill, by traveling to St. Bonaventure, N.Y. to face the St. Bonaventure University Bonnies in the Reilly Center on Wednesday, January 10, at 7:00 p.m.

Fordham enters the game with a 6-9 overall record, 1-2 in the Atlantic 10, after a 64-41 A-10 loss to Duquesne in the Rose Hill Gym on Saturday afternoon while St. Bonaventure is 11-4 overall, 1-2 in the conference, after an 85-78 A-10 loss at Saint Joseph's on Saturday night.
Wednesday night's contest will be the 40th meeting between Fordham and St. Bonaventure on the hardwood with the Bonnies leading the all-time series, which started in the 1955-56 season, 24-15 (two St. Bonaventure wins in 2002-03 were later forfeited for use of an ineligible player). The Bonnies have won four straight, including last year's match-up, a 73-53 win in Rochester on January 14 as Matt Mobley scored a game-high 25 points and Denzel Gregg netted 21 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the Bonnies.
Notes
• Senior guard
Will Tavares, who leads the Rams in scoring (15.5 ppg), has scored in double figures in 14 of the 15 games this year.
• He does most of his damage in the second half of games where he is averaging 10.1 ppg (compared to 5.4 in the first half).
• Junior guard
Joseph Chartouny leads the NCAA this year in steals/game with 3.76.
• Chartouny has 205 career steals, good for fifth on the Fordham all-time list.
• Chartouny has 366 career helpers, tied for eighth-best in school history.
• The 2017-2018 Rams are fourth the Atlantic 10 in scoring defense (67.2) and are fourth in the league in three-point field goal percentage defense (.320).
• Fordham also leads the league in steals with 163 (10.9/game).
