Fordham shot a blistering 60 percent (12-of-20) in the second half to finish a season-best 48.9 percent (22-of-45) from the field, including 6-of-12 from downtown, while making 10-of-11 from the charity stripe. The home team also assisted on 16 of their 22 makes from the field. The defense held Hofstra to 33.9 percent (19-of-56) and 1-of-10 from three-point range while forcing 22 turnovers and winning the battle on the glass, 33-29.

What You Need To Know:Â The Blue Hens enter Tuesday night's contest after getting drilled at East Carolina, 89-60, last Friday, Nov. 21. Delaware started the season with a 63-52 loss at Lafayette but bounced back with a 70-60 victory over Marist in its home opener. Erika Brown and Courtni Green lead the Blue Hens in scoring at 14.7 points and 13.7 points per game, while Joy Caracciolo leads the team on the glass with 10.7 rebounds per game. Associate Head Coach Jeanine Radice holds the Fordham career records for scoring average (21.8), three-point field goal percentage (.475) and free throw percentage (.851) and is second on the all-time leading scoring list with 2,417 career points.
Up NextThe Rams continue their road trip this weekend at the USTA Thanksgiving Classic in San Antonio, Texas. Fordham plays Incarnate Word, Friday, Nov. 28 at 1 p.m., before taking on Drake, Sunday, Nov. 30 at 3:30 p.m. Both games will be broadcast live on WFUVSports.org.
