Dayton's Alaina Turner totaled 15 kills, nine digs, and four blocks, while Jane Emmenecker dished out 29 assists, as the Flyers swept a three-set match from the Fordham Rams at the Frericks Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Final set scores were 25-18, 25-10, and 25-8. Fordham is now 1-19 on the year, 1-5 in Atlantic 10, while Dayton improved to 18-5 overall, 6-1 in the league.

The opening set was pretty close with neither team leading by more than three points at the midway point. Fordham closed within one point at 17-16, following a block from
Sarah Skelton and
Gabriela Cinkova and a Dayton attack error. The Flyers then reeled off five straight points, extending the lead to 22-16, and eventually winning the set, 25-18.

In second set, Dayton bolted out to an 8-1 lead and never looked back in a 25-10 set win, while in set three, the Flyers used a 10-0 run to down the Rams, 25-8, for the match win.

For Fordham,
Brianna O'Neil and
Lisa Hipp each had five kills, while Cinkova had four kills and two blocks.Â
Abigail Konovodoff had 11 assists with
Emily Fronk had five assists and five digs.

th, when the Rams play at Saint Louis, beginning at 2:00 PM.
