Duquesne Game Notes
Coming off their 12th consecutive win on Sunday over UMass, the Rams return to the friendly confines of the Rose Hill Gym, hosting the Duquesne Dukes at 7 PM on Wednesday night.
SERIES HISTORY: Wednesday night's affair will mark the 21st meeting all-time between the Dukes and the Rams, with the series history dating back to 1996. Duquesne holds a 16-4 advantage over the Rams, including an active winning streak of six games. Â Fordham has not defeated Duquesne since February of 2007, with the Rams' last win at the Rose Hill Gym coming the year before that in 2006.

Last season, the Dukes handed the Rams one of only two losses in the Atlantic 10 for Coach Gaitley's squad, a 68-50 defeat in Pittsburgh.
SCOUTING DUQUESNE: The Dukes return a ton of talent from their squad that went 24-8 and finished fifth in the Atlantic 10 last season. Most notably, 2013 First Team All-Atlantic 10 selection Wumi Agunbiade has been equaling her efforts from a year ago, ranking second on the squad with 14.2 points per game while pulling down a team-high 7.3 boards per outing.
An incredibly well-balanced team offensively, the Dukes feature five players that average in double figures. Raegan Moore, a transfer from Valparaiso, tops the squad with 16.7 points per game, shooting 46 percent from the floor and an eye-popping 47.4 percent from beyond the arc. In addition to Moore and Agunbiade, Florida State transfer Olivia Bresnahan has had an immediate impact since making her debut in the Duquesne lineup, averaging 12 points per game. In addition, April Robinson pours in 11.7 poins per outing, while Orsi Szeczi averages ten.
As a team, the Dukes have put up an impressive 76.1 points per game this season, good enough for fourth in the Atlantic 10. One area in which the Dukes have struggled has been on the glass, where Coach Burt's squad has been outrebounded by almost two boards per game this season.
