After an 84-63 rout of Pacific on Sunday that saw the Fordham offense put up its best offensive effort since 2002, the Rams will look to continue their hot streak against the Yale Bulldogs on Friday night in the Rose Hill Gym.

SERIES HISTORY: The Rams and Bulldogs have met one another 17 times on the hardwood, with Fordham holding an 11-6 advantage over the Elis.  Friday night will be the second time in the past two seasons that Fordham and Yale will have faced off. Last December in New Haven, the Rams fell to the Bulldogs 67-54, the second loss in a three-game skid that would mark the low point of the Fordham season. After that loss and the following falter against Stony Brook, the Rams would lose only five more decision in their 26 remaining contests.

SCOUTING YALE: Yale enters the Rose Hill Gym on a bit of a hot streak, having taken three out of their first four contests during the 2013-14 campaign.  The Elis opened up the season with a win over Monmouth on the road, before defeating UMass-Lowell and falling to Sacred Heart. Yale came out victorious on Tuesday against Boston University, the same team that Fordham beat in the second round of the WNIT last season.

Two Elis enter the contest averaging double figure scoring numbers.  Sarah Halejian, a junior guard from Wyckoff, New Jersey, leads the squad with 12.2 points per contest, while Meredith Boardman, a sophomore forward from Oak Park, Ill., has chipped in 10.8 per game.

As a team, Yale is averaging 71.5 points and an astounding 48.5 rebounds per game.
