"I am pleased with our showing at the tournament this weekend, but it wasn't as good as it could have been," said head coach Cory Hubbard. "We went 6-2 in our first round matches, but then we lost too many 3rd set tiebreakers. If we could have pulled out one or two of those breakers and got some wins against the Ivy teams, then it would have been a great tournament. We showed that we can compete with those teams, but my goal is not just to compete but to beat those teams. I hope my guys can see that can win those matches, and not just play close. We are gaining experience, but we need to have the belief and the confidence to expect to win."
