A two-year captain, she was a 2011 First Team All-Conference selection and a two-time Second Team All-District pick. She had a solid senior season, as she was named to both the Effingham Invitational and Belleville West Tournament All-Tournament teams. On top of her on the court exploits, Delsing has been honored with the Sportsmanship Award twice (2009, 2010), First Academic Honors four times (2008-11), the Most Spirited Hustle Award three times (2008, 2010-11), and the Mary Fran Schroder Green and White Award once (2011).
Delsing also plays club volleyball for St. Louis High Performance 18 Gold, which won the 2012 U18 Gateway Region Championship, and tied for ninth in the Northeastern qualifier, as well as at the Mid-Eastern U18 Gold Division.
Away from the court, Delsing is a member of the National Honor Society and the Nerinx Honor Roll. She has also received the Literature Laureate Award, the George Washington Carver Award, the President's Education Award, and Honorable Mention status from the St. Louis Artists Guild, and is a vital part of the Student Leadership Council as Treasurer.
Konovodoff, a 5-11 setter, was a three-year varsity player for the volleyball team at Rosary High School in Aurora, Illinois. She served as team captain and was a 2012 All-Conference selection. She also earned the 2012 Coach's Award and received Scholar-Athlete recognition in 2011. Konovodoff is also a member of the honor roll at Rosary High School.
Away from Rosary, Konovodoff also plays club volleyball for Sports Performance. She was captain of the 18 Blue Team in 2011, which won the President's Day Tournament and the NJC Tournament. She was also selected to play on the USA Women's Junior A2Team in Tucson, Arizona. In 2012, Konovodoff moved up to captain of the 18 White Team, where she was team MVP and helped the team win the President's Day Tournament for the second straight year.
O'Neil, a 6-0 outside hitter, was a four-year starter for the varsity volleyball team at Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School in Hollywood, Florida. A two-year captain, she led Chaminade-Madonna to the FHSAA Class 3A Girls State Tournament in 2009 for the first time in school history and two District Championships (2009 & 2010). She was selected as team MVP and First Team All-County in each of her final three seasons, as she averaged over 300 kills and 140 digs per year. O'Neil is also a Scholar-Athlete Award winner and a member of the honor roll, the National Honors Society, National Spanish Honors Society, and the National Science Honors Society.
In addition to her play at Chaminade-Madonna, O'Neil is also a part of the South Florida Volleyball Club, which won U14 and U16 Florida Regional Championship, while the U18 squad won the Capitol Hill Volleyball Classic 18 Club Division, where she was named Best Attacker of the tournament.
