Final Scores

The Fordham golf team posted a final round score of 303, three strokes better than its opening-round 306, and good for a fourth place finish, out of eight teams at the New England Division I Championship from Newport National Golf Club in Middletown, Rhode Island. Jason Del Rosso posted identical, two-over par rounds of 75, which put him in sixth place among individuals.
Brody Nieporte came in with a team-low 73 and combined with his opening round of 81 put him in a tie for 13th position. Connor Monaghan and Jeff Hogan finished with a share of 16th place with totals of 155 as Monaghan shot a 78 and 77 while Hogan put up rounds of 75 and 80. Finally Devon, O'Rourke finished 19th with a pair of 78s for a combined score of 156.
The team returns to action on Saturday, April 14, when they compete in the Rhode Island Invitational at the Green Valley Country Club in Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
