Lightweight 4 Results | Club/Open 4 Results

The Fordham University women's crew competed at the Head of the Charles on October 20 and 21 where the lightweight 4 placed eighth and the open 4 finished ninth.

The Fordham lightweight 4 placed eighth in a time of 20:14.383 but the Rams were the second U.S. collegiate across the line, just over four seconds behind Massachusetts. Fordham finished ahead of collegiate powers Princeton and Radcliffe, who are usually ranked among the top five collegiate lightweight crews in the nation.

The open 4 boat covered the course in a time of 19:40.429, just behind the entry from Lake Union but well head of the tenth-place Vancouver Rowing Club. The Rams were the fifth college crew across the line, finishing behind Boston University, Connecticut, Boston College and Temple.
