SERIES HISTORY: The Rams and Seawolves have split the last eight meetings between the two teams, dating back to 1999, which includes a win for Stony Brook last season at the 2010 Rose Hill Classic. Fordham's last win against Stony Brook came in 2008.

LAST TIME OUT: In the Rams' final match at the Brown Invitational, Fordham got a career-best performance from Kim Capicotto, while Brittany Daulton recorded her fourth double-double of the season, as Fordham defeated Maryland-Eastern Shore in four sets. Final set scores were 25-21, 20-25, 28-26, and 25-21.

After splitting the first two sets, the Rams and Hawks played an extremely tight third set. The score was tied at 26 all before Fordham got back-to-back kills from Sara Konkel and Krissy Buongiorno to seal the set win.

Set four belonged to Fordham's Capicotto, who had six of her nine kills, in the fourth set, including the final one on match point. Capicotto tied her career-high with nine kills, while hitting .750 for the match.

Besides Capicotto, Daulton, who was named to the All-Tournament team, had a double-double with 11 kills and 14 digs, while Lisa Hipp filled up the stat line with 10 kills, seven digs, a career-high five assists, and three blocks. Randi Ewing added eight kills and three blocks with Buongiorno and Lindsay Ritchie each having seven kills. Konkel had a season-high 29 assists to go with six digs with Mary Diamantidis having 17 assists and six digs.

DIAZ-VAQUEZ & DAULTON PICK UP ALL-TOURNAMENT HONORS: Following the final regular season tournament of the season, two Fordham players have received All-Tournament this season: senior Brittany Daulton and freshman Rose Diaz-Vazquez.

Daulton was named to the Bucknell Invitational All-Tournament team after beginning the weekend with a career-high 24 kills against host Bucknell, hitting .378 with 11 digs. She then had seven kills and a career-high five blocks against Manhattan, and finished the tournament with 10 kills against Dartmouth. She also took home All-Tournament honors from the Brown Invitational, after recording double-figures kills in all three matches.

Diaz-Vazquez was named to the Rose Hill Classic All-Tournament team, as Fordham's lone representative. She posted a season-best 10 kills and a .444 hitting percentage in the Rams' win over Siena, and then matched that performance with 10 kills against St. John's.
