The Fordham volleyball team plays in its final non-conference tournament, beginning on Friday, as the Rams travel to Providence, Rhode Island for the Brown Invitational. The Rams will meet the host Brown Bears on Friday at 7:00 PM with Saturday matchups against Bryant and Maryland-Eastern Shore.

LAST TIME OUT: In the final match of the Rose Hill Classic, the Fordham Rams gave the Red Storm all they could handle, but in the end, the duo of Brunna Kronbauer and Darlene Ramdin would lead St. John's to a four-set win. Final set scores were 25-22, 20-25, 25-13, and 25-20.
The Rams put together one of their best matches of the tournament, posting nine team blocks with three players in double figure kills, led by Brittany Daulton and Lisa Hipp with 11 kills each. Rose Diaz-Vazquez, who was named to the All-Tournament team, also had 10 kills. Krissy Buongiorno also added six kills and five blocks with Chelsea Moore having 16 digs, and five assists.
For St. John's, Kronbauer posted a match-high 16 kills with Ramdin having 15 kills and four blocks.
DIAZ-VAQUEZ & DAULTON PICK UP ALL-TOURNAMENT HONORS: Heading into the final regular season tournament of the season, two Fordham players have received All-Tournament this season: senior Brittany Daulton and freshman Rose Diaz-Vazquez.
Daulton was named to the Bucknell Invitational All-Tournament team after beginning the weekend with a career-high 24 kills against host Bucknell, hitting .378 with 11 digs. She then had seven kills and a career-high five blocks against Manhattan, and finished the tournament with 10 kills against Dartmouth.
Diaz-Vazquez was named to the Rose Hill Classic All-Tournament team, as Fordham's lone representative. She posted a season-best 10 kills and a .444 hitting percentage in the Rams' win over Siena, and then matched that performance with 10 kills against St. John's.
