April 8, 2011

Charlottesville, Va. - The Fordham women's tennis team opened play at the 2011 Atlantic 10 Championship on Friday at the Boar's Head Sports Club in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Rams opened strong by winning the doubles point, but UMass rallied for four singles' wins to advance in the championship by a 4-1 score.
