The Fordham softball team will welcome the Hofstra Pride on to Bahoshy Field for a single game on Wednesday, April 6. The game, originally slated to being at 6:00 P.M., will now have the first pitch at 3:30 P.M. instead. This change was due to the potential cold weather.
Fordham and Hofstra met in 2010 at a game played in Uniondale, New York. In that game, Fordham won 1-0, as Samantha Pellechio hit a solo home run to account for the game's only scoring.
The Rams enter the game with a 22-15 overall record, including a 5-3 mark in Atlantic 10 play. The pride come in at 22-8 ledger, with a perfect 6-0 showing in Colonial Athletic Association contests.
Following the game with Hofstra, the Rams return to action on Friday, April 8, when the welcome the George Washington Colonials to the Bronx. The game on Friday gets underway at 3:00 P.M.
