Bronx, N.Y. - The Fordham softball team will put its four-game winning streak on line on Wednesday, April 13, when it travels to Stony Brook, New York for a pair of games with the Seawolves. The games are slated to being at 2:00 P.M.

The Rams and Stony Brook have only faced each other three times in their histories. They met for a pair of games at Stony Brook in 2003 (each team won one) and more recently, they met at Bahoshy Field for a game in 2008 that was won by the Seawolves.

Fordham enters the game after recently ending an 11-game home stand with four straight wins. The Rams are 2-3 in their last five road contests, and play their next six games away from Bahoshy Field.

On Monday, junior pitcher Jen Mineau was named Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Week for her recent performance. Not to be outdone, her teammate, Jocelyn Dearborn, captured the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week award on the same day.

Fordham returns home to face A-10 rival Dayton on Saturday, April 23, for a pair of games. The first pitch is scheduled for noon.
