Bronx, N.Y. - The Fordham softball team opens the home portion of its schedule on Wednesday, March 30, as they face Patriot League opponent Lehigh in a doubleheader starting at 3:00 P.M. The red-hot Rams enter the game in the midst of a four-game winning streak.

The Rams 'hosted' St. Bonaventure at Bahoshy Field last Saturday, March 26, but the games were scheduled to be played in Olean, New York, and had to be changed due to the weather. As a result of the switch, Fordham was the visiting team in both games despite hosting the Bonnies. So, officially, Wednesday is the home opener.

Fordham's Jen Mineau was tabbed as the A-10 Pitcher of the Week this week. She didn't allow a run in three appearances last week. Offensively, Samantha Pellechio has a torrid bat for the Rams, as she is in the middle of a 10-game hitting streak.

Following the doubleheader with the Mountain Hawks, Fordham returns to Atlantic 10 play as they welcome Temple in for a two-game set beginning on Friday, April 1. After that, Saint Joseph's comes in for a doubleheader on Sunday, April 3. The games with the Hawks get underway at noon.
