Clermont, Fla. - The Fordham Softball Rams Open up the 2011 Campaign with on Day One of the Dot Richardson College Classic. The team comes off a record-setting 2010 campaign where new marks were set in wins (49), winning percentage (.803) and home runs (60). In addition the team earned the first-ever at-large bid to the NCAA Championship.

The Rams open Day One of the Classic with a game against Florida Atlantic University at 11:00 A.M. Following that game, Fordham faces Georgia Tech, a team they upset in the 2010 season. The game against the Yellow Jackets is scheduled for 4:00 P.M. On Day Two, the Rams are scheduled to face Georgia Tech at 11:00 A.M. After that, they face Tennessee-Chattanooga at 1:00 P.M.

After the Dot Richardson College Classic, the Rams will participate in the USF Tournament in Tampa, Florida. Fordham faces Mississippi on February 18 at 9:00 A.M.
