West Point, N.Y. - On the final day of competition at the Eastern Championships held at Army, the Fordham doubles pair of Sarah Tremaine and Mia Fiocca fell in the finals of the A Doubles flight.

After winning four matches to advance to the finals, Tremaine and Fiocca faced off against Stony Brook's Fanny Charliquart and Gayatri Krishman, falling in the championship match by an 8-6 score.

The Fordham women's tennis team will next be in action on Friday, October 1st, as they travel to Amherst, Mass., to face the University of Massachusetts at 12:00 PM.
