West Palm Beach, Fla. - The Fordham-Pittsburgh baseball game set for 7:00 PM on Friday, March 12th, has been rained out in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The Rams and Panthers will try again to start their three-game series on Saturday, March 13th in Dodgertown, beginning at 6:00 PM.

The teams will then play a doubleheader on Sunday, beginning at 2:30 PM.

This series between Fordham and Pittsburgh is a rare one, as the teams have met only three times with each team holding a win to go with a tie. Fordham's win was a 5-1 decision all the way back on May 20, 1920, while Pittsburgh's 16-6 victory was on March 3, 1996. The tie was the following day on March 4, 1996, when the game was called at 7-7.
