The Fordham women's soccer team has announced their summer camp dates for 2010, as the camp will be held from July 25-28, 2010. The camp is for girls, ages 14-18 years old.
The camp is set up to prepare young girls for their upcoming fall season by taking them through a Division I preseason schedule. The camp sessions will include fitness, drills to help you better execute shooting, passing, crossing, and making runs off the ball, along with night games.
The camp staff will dictate evening lectures covering topics of NCAA recruiting rules, health & nutrition, and what to expect as a college student athlete.
This year's camp staff is led by the Fordham women's soccer coaching staff, which includes:
• Two-time Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year, Ness Selmani
• Casey Sommers, an assistant coach for five seasons at Fordham, who has helped the team to four straight conference tournament appearances
• Ryszard Gorski, an assistant coach for the Fordham men's soccer team and goalkeeper coach for both the men's and women's soccer team
