After enduring a crazy couple of travel days, the Fordham men's basketball squad will return to action tonight as they begin play at the 2010 Cable Car Classic at Santa Clara University's Leavey Center as the Rams face the American University Eagles at 11:00 PM (EST). The Rams enter the game with a 6-4 overall record and are coming off an 80-63 win over Kennesaw State last Wednesday night, Fordham's fourth straight win. American enters the game with a 7-5 record after a 61-46 loss at #6 Pittsburgh last Wednesday night.

The game will be the first meeting between Fordham and American on the hardwood. The Rams are 167-115 all-time against teams from the Patriot League, including a 74-67 win at Lehigh on December 4th.

The first game of the night will feature the host school, Santa Clara, and the University of Delaware.
