Easton, Pa. - The Fordham men's soccer team looks to bounce back from an 0-2 start to the 2009 season as they take on Lafayette and Villanova at the Lafayette College Classic this weekend. The Rams will play host Lafayette on Friday, September 11 at 8:00 PM while they will take the field against Villanova on Sunday, September 13 at 12:00 PM.

Fordham Versus
Since the 1986 season, Fordham and Lafayette have met six times with the Leopards holding a 4-2 over the Rams. The last time these two teams met was when Fordham was the Rams' final year in the Patriot League in 1994. The Leopards took that contest, 3-2.

In that same time span, Fordham and Villanova have only seen each other on a soccer field once. Last season, the Rams and Wildcats battled through two overtimes until Villanova punched in a goal in the 109th minute of the match.
