A record 131 student-athletes, including 20 Fordham University student-athletes, were named to the Patriot League Football Academic Honor Roll.
The mark of 131 honorees eclipses the previous high of 124 on the Football Academic Honor Roll last season. Georgetown led all schools with 32 student-athletes named to the Honor Roll, while Bucknell had 22, Fordham notched 20, Holy Cross recorded 19 and Lafayette had 18.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the fall semester and be awarded a varsity letter in one of the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports. The criteria for awarding varsity letters are different at each institution.

The 20 student-athletes are the most for the Rams since they joined the Patriot League in 1990. The previous high was 14 in 2007.
