The game is all important to both teams in regards to seeding at the Northern Division playoffs, which is set to begin on November 7th. Brown has already concluded their regular season with a 5-1 conference mark, having lost to Iona, while defeating Fordham.

If Fordham wins, they will finish with a 5-1 conference record and be the #2 seed by virtue of the tiebreaker with Brown. If Iona wins, they will be 5-1 and earn the top seed and a first round bye. A loss would put either team as the #3 seed.

The match is set for a 7:30 PM start, but fans can tune in sooner, as the Rams' will honor their lone senior, Andrew Dentinger, prior to the contest.
