Golf Sits in 14th at the Cornell Invitational

Day One Results

Ithaca, N.Y. - The Fordham golf team sits in 14th place after day one of the Cornell Invitational, held at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course in Ithaca, N.Y.

Delaware currently leads the field with a team score of 287, followed by Siena (288), Columbia (290), and Dartmouth (296). Fordham finished day one with a score of 311.

Siena's Dan Abbonadolo leads the individual scoring after a five-under-par round of 67. For Fordham, Nico Mizono was the top Ram finisher with a 75, which is good for a tie for 29th. Nik Andresen and Devon O'Rourke both shot rounds of 77, which is tied for 49th, while Trevor Seufer is tied for 70th after an 82. Charles Smith (81st - 86) and Zach Murray (82nd - 89) are also competing for Fordham.

Play at the Cornell Invitational will conclude on Sunday with the final round beginning at 8:00 AM.
