Lewisburg, Pa. - After seeing the first day of play suspended due to rain, the Fordham golf squad completed play at the Bucknell Fall Invitational on Saturday at the Bucknell Golf Course. The Rams finished in tenth place of 12 teams with Nico Mizono leading the squad, tying for third overall.

The event was originally scheduled for 54 holes, but play was suspended due to rain on Friday after about nine holes. The 12-team field finished up round one under clear skies on Saturday morning, then concluded the abbreviated tournament in the afternoon as more rain moved in.

Bucknell won the tournament with a score of 572 followed by Canisius (586), Colgate (592) and Robert Morris (594). Fordham finished tenth with a team score of 617.

Mizono shot a 76 on the first 18 holes and followed it with a 69 on the second 18 for a total of 143, tying him for third overall with Bucknell's Brian Bartow, seven strokes behind the winner, Jeff Pike of Bucknell.

Trevor Seufer was the second Fordham finisher, carding an 80 and a 74 for a two-round score of 154, tying him for 31st overall. Devon O'Rourke, who shot an 80 and a 75, was one stroke behind Suefer with a 155 total, finishing in a tie for 36th.
