Fordham University junior Dominique Liguori was named the 2007-08 women's tennis Most Valuable Player it was announced at the 74th annual Block F Awards Dinner at the Villa Barone Manor on April 30th.
Liguori, who earned the team MVP honor for the third consecutive season, was dominant from the first singles spot for the Rams this year, going undefeated in 12 matches while teaming with Ellenoria Featherston to notch an 11-2 record at first singles. She was also honored as a Second Team All-Atlantic 10 selection in April.
