Bronx, N.Y. - The 73rd annual Block F Awards dinner was held last night at the Villa Barone Manor, honoring Fordham University's student-athletes for their accomplishments in the 2006-07 academic year.
Among those honored was Danica Dupuy (Bay Shore, N.Y./Bay Shore) who was named Most Valuable Player of the women's cross country team.
Dupuy, a senior, was one of the consistent performers for the Rams, fighting injury throughout the season. She ended the season, posting Fordham's top time at the Atlantic 10 championship (19:57.35), and second best time at the ECAC and Metropolitan Championships.
