TONIGHT'S GAME: The Fordham Rams (0-1) open their 2007-08 home season tonight, as they host the Marist College Red Foxes (0-1). Both teams are looking to bounce back from season opening losses. Fordham fell to Manhattan on Sunday (65-53), while Marist lost to Ohio State (63-57). This is the 13th meeting between the two schools with Fordham holding a 7-5 edge. Marist won last year's game, 88-38, at the McCann Center.

LEADING OFF: In the previous 37 home openers, Fordham has defended its home court fairly well with a 24-13 mark at the historic Rose Hill Gym.

THE OPPONENT: Like Fordham, Marist is looking for their first win of the season, after opening the year with a 63-57 loss at Ohio State. The Red Foxes, who advanced to the Sweet Sixteen last year, are coached by Brian Georgis, who is in his sixth season with a record of 107-48 to date. In the Ohio State game, the Red Foxes were led by Erica Allenspach and Lynzee Johnson, who both netted 12 points off the bench.
