(April 13, 2005) - Fresh off their eighth wins in nine games, the Fordham Baseball team cracked the Top 15 in the Northeast Coaches Poll, as run by College Baseball Insider.com.
The poll, released on a weekly basis, has the Rams ranked 15th in the Northeast, joining fellow Atlantic 10 schools Dayton (8th) and George Washington (12th) in the top 15, while Rhode Island is in the also receiving votes categories.
Following yesterday's win over Fairfield, the Rams are 18-12 overall, while posting a 6-3 conference record, good for second place in the Atlantic 10 East Division.
The Fordham Rams return to action on Wednesday, April 13th, as they will play at Seton Hall, beginning at 3:30 PM. Following that contest, the Rams will travel to Olean, NY, for a three-game series against the defending Atlantic 10 champion, St. Bonaventure Bonnies, on April 16-17.
