(February 4, 2004) - Junior rower Krista Barney broke the Fordham University 6,000m ergometer record recently with a time of 23:06.5. The record was set prior to an ergometer competition held in the Rose Hill Gym on Saturday, January 31st. The time betters the old record of Cindy Vojtech set on January 27, 2000 when she turned in a 23:09.4.
