An All-Queens and All-New York selection in 2003-04, Kelly has competed internationally with the Nike/Blue Starr USA Select Team, which beat Russia for the 2003 REZE Women's Tournament in Paris, France.
Roark is coming off a junior season, where she averaged 15.3 points and just under six assists per game, playing for Pinewood High School in California. She helped Pinewood capture the Central Coast Section Championship last season, en route to being named the First Team All-Conference and Conference's Most Valuable Player.

Last season, she helped Pine-Richland to an 18-6 record and individually eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for her career, while being named All-Section and All-AAAA by both the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Tribune Review.
