Swatek hit .545 in three games at the Atlantic 10 Championship, collecting six hits in 11 at bats, which included three extra-base hits. He also added three RBI and a .643 on-base percentage. For his efforts, he was named to the All-Championship team.
In the Rams' opening game against Saint Joseph's, Swatek went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored, while in the Rams' elimination game versus Dayton, he came through with a 3-for-4 performance with a triple, two doubles, and two RBI. In that contest, he also became the 13th Ram to reach 200 career hits. He finished the championship with a 1-for-3 outing against host Saint Louis.
Swatek finished the season with a .392 batting average, which led the Atlantic 10 and is the highest batting average for a Fordham player since Mike Marchiano hit .493 in 1997. He ended his career with 203 hits, good for 13th all-time, and finished in the top ten all-time at Rose Hill in games played (9th - 194), at bats (10th - 667), triples (T4th -12), and walks (8th - 115).
