Fitzgerald helped lead the Fordham squash team to its second consecutive Chaffee Cup Championship this past weekend. He went 3-0 at his fourth slot position, coming from behind in each of his final two matches.  He started with a three-game win over Washington University in St. Louis' Connor Browder in the quarterfinals, and then came back from down two games to one against NYU's Andre Megliola to win in five games in the semifinals.  He then pulled the same comeback on Sunday in the Chaffee Cup championship match against Hobart's James Mazzarelli.
