Goulding was the Most Outstanding Player at the 2019 Atlantic 10 Championship, as she helped the Rams clinch their second conference championship and third NCAA tournament bid. Over three games, she averaged 20.7 points per game, shooting 57.5% from the floor, 56.3% from three-point range, and a perfect 7-of-7 from the free throw line. She added 6.7 rebounds to go with a team-high seven steals and six assists. She opened the tournament by matching her career-high with 24 points to go with ten boards against UMass and then had 19 points in the semifinals against Duquesne, as well as in the title game against VCU.
