Cook finished third in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at this past weekend's IC4A Championship, held at Princeton University. He clocked in with a season-best time of 8:52.11, shaving over six seconds off the Rams' previous season-high. He currently ranks 51st in the country in the steeplechase and is on pace to be invited to the NCAA East Regional in Jacksonville
