Annelli won the 3,000 meter steeplechase event at the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championship this past Saturday with a time of 9:01.62. He is Fordham's first outdoor event winner at the Atlantic 10 Championship since David Fajoyomi won the high jump event in 2014. Currently, Annelli ranks 36th among the NCAA East Regional times in the steeplechase, where the top 48 qualify for the Regional in Jacksonville. That is held May 26-28.
