The women's 4x800 relay team of Merissa Wright (2:14.21), Danielle Rowe (2:15.82), Shanna Heaney (2:14.65), and Kate McCormack (2:16.20) placed fifth in its section at the Penn Relays and sixth overall in a season-best and ECAC qualifying time of 9:00.80, more than 15 seconds faster than the previous season-best time.   The Rams were nipped at the line by 0.80 seconds in their section by Yale but managed to beat Maryland to the line by over a second.
