Murphy was instrumental in all three of the baseball team's wins last week.  He posted a 0.00 ERA and two saves in three relief appearances, throwing 6.1 innings of four-hit relief without allowing a run.  He recorded a two-inning save in a 4-1 win at Columbia, while keeping Fordham in the lead with 2.1 innings of scoreless relief in the second game against Davidson, which the Rams eventually won, 9-3.  He finished the week with a two-inning save in the finale at Davidson, throwing two scoreless innings of relief.
