Canessa was named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week after hitting .500 (9-18) with six runs scored, two doubles, a triple, a home run, 11 RBI, and five stolen bases. She extended her season-long hit streak to 11 games, after going 4-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored against Mt. St. Mary's.
