Polaha earned All-Atlantic 10 honors three times at the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championship, winning two events and finishing second in a third event.  She won the 200 individual medley and 200 butterfly events, while grabbing second in the 400 individual medley, all in school record and NCAA "B" cut times.  Her time in the 200 butterfly was also a conference record.
