Polaha had some strong swims in Fordham's 164-106 win over LIU Post on Friday. She won the 200-yard backstroke in a season-best time of 2:04.82, while taking second in the 100-yard breaststroke event in 1:09.21. She also helped the 200 freestyle relay team to an event win in 1:38.66.
