Gillen was named to the Most Outstanding Player at 2015 Atlantic 10 Championship, helping Fordham to its third straight league title and fourth in the last five years.  The First Team All-Atlantic 10 selection was 3-0 in the circle, allowing only four earned runs over 20.2 innings of work, while striking out 22 batters.  She was just as clutch at the plate, hitting .385 in the championship, and had the biggest hit of the tournament, a grand slam home run, to seal an 8-2 win in the title game against Dayton.
