Weissert, the Atlantic 10's Pitcher of the Week, was outstanding on Friday in the series opener against the St. Bonaventure Bonnies.  He threw his first career complete game win, allowing just one earned run on two hits, while striking out a career-high 12 batters.  He retired the first 18 batters he faced, taking a perfect game into the seventh inning.  He also made two defensive web gems in the game, catching a line drive with his bare hand in the sixth and then he barehanded a hot shot ground ball to the mound in the ninth.
