Camille Everett, a former compliance graduate assistant at the University of Central Florida, was named Compliance Assistant for Athletics at Fordham University in October of 2015.
Last year Everett served as a graduate assistant in the Central Florida compliance office where she was responsible for creating monthly educational newsletters and “Tips of the Week” for student-athletes and coaches. She also assisted in the rules and education meetings of coaches and support staff on a monthly basis and was responsible for entering interpretation of NCAA bylaws into the interpretation system. Everett ensured that student-athletes completed NCAA mandatory forms and educated donors about NCAA bylaws and legislation.
A Queens, N.Y. native, Everett is a 2014 graduate of Central Florida with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Psychology. She was a four-year member of the varsity rowing squad for the Knights where she was twice selected team captain and was also selected to participate in the Athletic Directors Leadership Institute for three years. Everett was named First Team All-South Region by the Collegiate Rowing Roaches Association in 2013 as well as First Team All-Conference USA and was named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor roll that season.
Everett earned a master’s degree in Interpersonal Communication with a Corporate Communication Certificate from Central Florida in 2015.
