Kimberly Mallow serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Business Affairs and Senior Woman Administrator at Fordham University. As a member of the Athletics Senior Leadership Team, she helps shape the strategic direction and administration of the department, with leadership responsibilities spanning business operations, sport administration and student-athlete support.
Mallow oversees the financial and operational functions of Fordham Athletics, including budgeting and financial planning, team travel, purchasing, contracts and vendor management. She works closely with coaches, administrators and University partners on matters impacting Fordham’s 22 varsity programs, helping ensure departmental priorities are supported by effective and sustainable operations.
As Fordham’s Senior Woman Administrator, Mallow provides leadership in areas related to student-athlete welfare, gender equity and the overall student-athlete experience. She serves as a liaison to the University’s Faculty Athletics Representative and represents Fordham through Atlantic 10 Conference governance as a member of the A-10 Sport Competition Committee.
Mallow is the sport administrator for volleyball and serves as a secondary administrator for men’s and women’s basketball.
A member of the Fordham Athletics staff since 2011, Mallow has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities throughout her tenure and has helped guide the department’s business operations through the changing landscape of intercollegiate athletics.
Prior to joining Fordham, Mallow worked in sports and hospitality with the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks.
Mallow earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University in 2003, with concentrations in Business and Justice Studies.
