Rose Dara, former Director of Recreation & Athletic Conference Services at Long Island University, was named Intramural and Club Sport Manager at Fordham University in April of 2023. She will be responsible for all facets of the school’s intramural and club sport programs.
 
Dara arrived at Rose Hill after serving as the Director of Recreation & Athletic Conference Services at LIU in 2022-23. She served as the hiring manager for over 50+ student workers and directed each one to ensure safety and proper operational function of recreational weight rooms, gymnasium and pool. She also was the lead project manager for multiple projects, including weight room renovation and LIU Sports Summer Camps.
 
A 2021 graduate of SUNY Cortland, Dara received a degree in Sport Management/Business Economics. She also became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2022.
