Nicholas Arron was named Assistant Athletic Director for Graphic Design and Social Media at Fordham in September of 2025.
 
Arron arrived at Fordham after serving as a graphic design intern for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from July 2024-June 2025. He was selected for the position through the Buccaneers’ inaugural Emerging Talent Program. His duties included: Design graphics for social media, event marketing, signage, mockups, and emails; creating content for social media efforts during game days, and contributing to an ever-evolving look and feel for the brand.
 
A 2024 graduate of Elon University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Design with a minor in Sports Management, Arron, served as a graphic design intern for the Phoenix’s football squad from 2023-2024. He created graphics for the recruitment initiatives of the school’s football program.
 
Arron also worked as a graphic designer for Phoenix Phanatics, designing impactful graphics for the Phoenix Phanatics social media platform each week.
 
While at Elon, Arron also served as a social media intern for the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame, developing a social media brand for the Hall. He created and distributed original photo and video content to showcase the Hall’s rich history and latest developments.
