Eric Graves, who served as the Intramural Sports Coordinator and Facility Supervisor at New York University since 2022, was named the Associate Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management at Fordham in October of 2025. 
 
As part of his position, Graves will be responsible for coordinating the set up and break down of all intercollegiate practices and home games. He will also serve as Event Manager for selected home intercollegiate events, and assist the Assistant Athletic Director with football, men’s and women’s basketball home games. Graves will also be charged with maintaining all athletic facilities and grounds in an organized, clean environment.
 
At NYU Graves led NYU Campus Recreation's Intramural program, one of the most dynamic programs in the country that serves nearly 7,000 students annually. Graves also played a vital role in the operation and supervision of the new Paulson Center, which opened in 2023. 

Prior to NYU, Graves served as a Graduate Assistant at Adelphi University during the vital period of revitalizing campus recreation on the Long Island campus. He was instrumental in leading Club Sports and Intramural sports out of the pandemic, establishing the University's E-Sports program, and assisted in managing budgeting, facilities operations, and coordinated all aspects of the department's social media. 

Graves earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, and a Master of Science in Sports Management, all from Adelphi University.
